چکیده
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are an important bacterial resource as biofertilizers, which can promote plant growth and increase crop yields. In this study, isolation, characterization, its effect on promotion were assessed by isolating PGPR using soil samples collected from Jimma, Ethiopia. Out of 10 isolates, three them (JEC3, JEC4, JEC7) exhibited PSB traits in Pikovskaya media solubilizing phosphate producing IAA. Of the JEC4 recorded maximum solubilization index (4.98), soluble (283 μg/ml), IAA production (10.21 μg/ml). The findings isolates' morphological biochemical tests showed that JEC3, JEC7 Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas Enterobacter respectively. optimization was done different incubation times sources carbon nitrogen. Furthermore, isolate (JEC4) tested for (PGP) activities indicated ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, siderophore. a significant sideways (%) seed germination, root shoot length, fresh dry weight root, maize field experiments than untreated ones. results indicate be developed biological fertilizer promoting productivity ecosystem dynamics.

Isolation and characterization of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria from wheat rhizosphere and their effect on plant growth promotion
The present study was conducted to characterize the native plant growth promoting (PGP) bacteria from wheat rhizosphere and root-endosphere in the Himalayan region of Rawalakot, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Pakistan. Nine bacterial isolates were purified, screened in vitro for PGP characteristics and evaluated for their beneficial effects on the early growth of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Am...

Some rhizobacteria have positive effects on plants growth. Syrian bean-caper (Zygophyllum fabago) is a weed plant with medicinal value. This study was conducted to isolate and identify bacteria from Syrian bean-caper rhizosphere. Characteristics associated with plant growth stimulation, such as phosphate and zinc dissolution, production of Indole acetic acid and antifungal activity, were invest...

Biofertilizer is a relatively safer, environmentally friendly and cost-effective approach as an alternative to reduce chemical fertilizer usage. The selection of bacterial strains with multiple beneficial characteristics are important to maximize the effectiveness on the host plant. Due to aforementioned interest, several Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacterial (PGPR) and rhizobial strains were i...
متن کاملIsolation of Plant-growth Promoting Bacteria from Fumigated Soils
Soil fumigation induces an ‘increased growth response’ (IGR) in crops of about 35%, even in soils with low pathogen and weed pressures (1). Populations of Pseudomonads and other bacteria increase in fumigated soils as soon as 2-wks after treatment (2). Some Pseudomonads can stimulate plant yields through the production of siderophores, growth promoting substances and by the suppression of soil-...
